- Interface between Client and the Contractor Pre construction planning. Study design and get familiar with ALL technical details.
- Plan Project take-off: Coordinate Consultants on design finalization and standardization, Project time table and Completion schedule.
- Project Delivery Manuals and perational/Construction procedures, Ensuring contractual terms and conditions are met by both parties, and Fix Project Site handling over date to the Contractor.
- Effective mobilization to site and ensuring ALL items on Preliminaries are taken care off. Periodic Coordination/Technical Meetings.
- Site Inspection for Approvals for every stage of construction to the Contractor to ensure compliance. Stages include Substructure, Superstructure and Finishes.

He pivotal role in downstream monitoring, encompassing the design, construction, and operation of oil and gas depots, alongside various other critical downstream operations during his notable tenure at the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR).
