As a Gas Infrastructural Regulatory Lead (2009-2018), he was instrumental in coordinating some of the contemporary regulations in the Gas Space with initiatives like Conceptual Engineering Design, Review Methodology, Detail Engineering Design, Procurement, Operations and Decommissioning of facilities in the Oil and Gas industry deepening the retail gas market.

He pivotal role in downstream monitoring, encompassing the design, construction, and operation of oil and gas depots, alongside various other critical downstream operations during his notable tenure at the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR).
